Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order after it's placed. Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details and shipping information before ordering.
Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?
We want you to get your items as soon as possible, and so we process orders as soon as we receive them. You can always cancel your order before your order ships, but unfortunately, you can not make any changes to your address, the shipping method, or adding, replacing, or removing items from your order.
If you changed your mind about some of the items ordered, don't worry. Once they arrive, you can send them back for a refund and place a second order for the correct ones.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship worldwide as long as there are available shipping methods in your country.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following payment methods:

Why is there a pending charge on my card?
When you place your order using a credit card, its cost is set aside on your card. However, your card will not actually be billed until your order ships.
When you place your order using a debit card, the cost will be deducted from your account. However, your bank will only transfer it to us when your order ships.
This can be done for a limited time only. So if your order is delayed for any reason, we may ask the bank to extend its hold until it's time to ship your items.
If your order is canceled for any reason, we'll ask your bank to remove the hold and release the money back to your account. This usually takes 7-21 days, but the time may vary based on your bank's policy. Reach out to your bank for more information.
Will there be any additional duties and taxes?
The prices you see at the check out page is the final price you pay, it should have included all duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable). We won't charge you anything else.
Will I be charged additional taxes or fees when I get my order?
Good news: there's no need to worry about additional fees or taxes. We'll never charge you more than the cost you see at checkout. However, your credit card company or the custom in your country( very rarely) may have a surcharge for international transactions. Such charges are out of our control, unfortunately. If you're not sure, get in touch with the custom officials in your country and your bank or credit card company for more information regarding international transaction fees.
How can I use a promo code?
If you have a coupon or promo code you want to use, type or copy it into the relevant box on your shopping bag page. Don't worry, codes are not case-sensitive. If your promo code doesn't work, it may be because:

Why should I have an account with SAVVY CREW?
When you have an account with us, you can check out faster, see your past orders, and save frequently used addresses and payment methods. We'll also let you know first about sales or new arrivals. Creating an account is easy, and you only need a valid email address or mobile phone number.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Don't worry, it happens! Here are a few things you can do:
Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. This will send you a password reset link via text (SMS) or email.
If you don't see your link, make sure you have an account with SAVVY CREW.
If you're sure you have a valid account, check the spam folder of your email client or SMS app.
To protect your personal information, your account will be locked after several failed login attempts. In that case, wait a few hours and try again.
If you're still not able to log in to your account after that time, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help.
I can't log into my account. What should I do?
If you're sure you have a SAVVY CREW account but can't log in, you may have created your account through different phone numbers or email addresses. In that case, you won't be able to log in. You can create a separate SAVVY CREW account at the log in page.
Why can't I see my order history in my account?
There are a few possible reasons for this:
Orders you made before you signed up to the site will not show up in your account. You can use the order number to view your order information in corresponding courier site.
How can I change the login email or phone number on my account?
We're happy to help you change your login email or phone number. Please get in touch at customerservice@savvy-crew.com and one of our customer service experts will get back to you soon.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your SAVVY CREW account, please send your request to us ,one of our customer service experts will reach out within 7 days to confirm your account has been deleted.
