Dimentions of items listed in descriptions are measured by a real person as the overall length laying down flat. The actual size may vary as our products are hand made or hand finished. Nevermind, we have made the dimensions of our products accurate to one decimal place.

Return:

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receipt for any reason, including any duties and taxes you paid. All items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Most of our jewelries are made by mixed metals and fished with 18K real gold and sterling silver, it will naturally fade over time. Don't worry, ALL jewelry tarnish, even any other precious metals. Try following tips to keep your jewelry sparkling:

At SAVVY CREW, we believe every piece of jewelry is meant to last long, keep reading to find out how to care for your costume jewelry so that it lasts (almost) forever!

Please note that most of our jewelry are made by mixed metals and fished with 18K real gold and sterling silver, it will naturally tarnish with exposure to the air, environment, perfumes, moisturizers, hairspray, soaps and perspiration. These are obviously a fact of life. ALL jewelry Fade over time! But don't worry, regular cleaning will help keep your Jewelry from oxidize too soon.

Tarnishing is a non permanent, chemical change in the surface of metal which darkens and dulls over time. Tarnishing will eventually happen on silver, changing its colour from bright white, through yellow, then to brown and eventually dark. While wear and tear describes the general appearance that silver jewellery develops during its life. 

Every SAVVY CREW Jewellery piece comes with a complimentary polishing cloth, two alcohol disinfection pads and a care card. Whilst basic cleaning can be done at home. We have no control over how the jewellery is being worn. Scratches and knocks are part of normal signs of everyday wear. 

General Care Instructions

• Remove jewellery when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water

• Avoid wearing jewellery when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise

• Never expose jewellery to household cleaning products, especially bleach and highly reactive solutions

• Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material

• Remove jewellery when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting. Any residue dulls the shine of your ring

• Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity

• If you notice any gemstones moving, please have that repaired immediately to avoid any further damage or loss of stones.

• Using a soft, lint free cloth is an effective way to keep silver, yellow and rose gold jewellery looking shiny and lustrous. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
